Here is a recent customers thoughts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-----&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Nice to meet you all, so please I have found somewhere to vent my anger! I hate Park Resorts with a passion!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A very long story short! - we bought a caravan last year, where told a load of crap, they rented it out for us &amp;amp; when we had it booked for ourselves they were People (ppl) in it! even on mine &amp;amp; my husbands 10 year wedding anniversary ppl in it &amp;amp; we had it booked! how upsetting! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Its a nightmare when you need anything fixing it takes weeks/months for the repair they don't give you a price for the repair, they make it difficult for you to get anyone else in to repair as you need to register all kinds of details! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Staff! ooooooooh dont get me even started on those they all cant do there job properly at all, they are not very pleasant ppl &amp;amp; all nasty pieces of work they keep asking if we are going to up grade - NO WE R NOT!!!! - we have a sales manager who loves himself talks down to you and isnt a nicechap most of the time! &amp;amp; his email signature how funny! -(this is true!!!!) it reads is his name position then living legend! what the hell is that all about??!!??! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If I had known last year what I know now i never would have bought the dam thing!! AS THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE ABOUT OWNERS!! luckly on a positive note we have a lovely GM this year thats the only person I like! border-top: medium none;"&gt;SHOCK HORROR !! surley not&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Yes folks it is alleged they have!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So if&amp;nbsp;you have been charged VAT on your static caravan and it falls&amp;nbsp;within the following parameters&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;■More than 7.0 metres long; or&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;■More than 2.3 metres wide&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;Go back to them and tell them you want a refund for the amount paid as it has been charged incorrectly. &lt;br /&gt;If not then call VAT Revenue and&amp;nbsp;customs report line 0800 595 000&amp;nbsp; (you can find this number now also on our useful contact details page. &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;So just to confirm in case you need to clearly explain to any of these holiday companies like the infamous Park Resorts, what exactly consitutes to being a caravan well according to HM revenue and customs the following does. &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; I recently read on the web a review from one customer about one of the sites they visited. which I would like to share with you ( at the bottom of this post) I some times sit and ponder and wonder how this company manages to expand and purchase so many more sites, and then I realise its because there are people out there like you and I who have money taken from us and then get charged for things that we didn't even new existed prior to taking the caravan. People are being charged 100% on average more that what Park Resorts pay for the caravans, yes I understand they are a business and looking to make money but with the high pitch fees and meter reading fees (which must take all of about 1 moment to do at £50 per time ) and all the other fees they throw in. Plus the consistent reports of miss-representation from sales man to get money out of customers and then once they have your money to create a monopoly so that your bound to do what they say when they say it, I cringe at the thought they now have more parks to practice this business structure. So to sum up as taken from a post I recently read.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Anyone even thinking of staying there on holiday or purchasing a van, DON'T, DON'T STAY THERE OR BUY THERE, it's a dump, a dump that charges 5* prices. "&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and may I add a company with very little care from the directors who seem to lack in what some people may call morals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any way I leave you with part of the post I recently read.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Until next time campers&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;"So we opened the door to the pool area there was water everywhere, litterally as you walked in the doorway where it was merely a walk way to the sitting area; if you can call it that (a few garden chairs!) We were the only people in there at the time, and the 3 x life guards continued to play football across the ball with a proper leather ball - unbelievable! You could argue well, we were hte only people in the pool so let them have fun, erm no! It's a professional outfit charging professional prices as stated below. Anyway, off I go to get change with my 3 yr boy and 2 yr daughter in one of the changing rooms, when my son says "Dad need a poo!", great I think off we go to the toilet (situated next to the water slide).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was absolutely disgusted! Previous person hadn't flushed the toilet after a no.2 (I'll try and keep the descriptive explaination down), there was faeces around the outside of the toilet, wee all over the floor! It was that bad I struggled to let my son use the loo, I had to hold him clear of everything and the stench was unforgetable.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So not letting the kids get to disappointed we continued to use the pool which wasn't to bad cleaniess wise, kids loved the slide and it killed an hour or two.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So we get out I get the kids changed with my wife in the sitting area as you do, once they were all dressed I headed off to get changed, back through the flooded walk way and into a different changing room, to my astonishment, (sorry ladies or the squiffy ones) a used ladies sanitory towel and it again without being to explicit, it was something out of Hell Raiser. A) Why the hell do people think it's ok to leave something as personal as that on the floor?? It has been said that some pitches don't have proper meters for reading the gas which is illegal, the readers states&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;" If your caravan is supplied by PIPED gas and it is not registered by a meter for the amount you have used,IT IS ILLEGAL FOR PARK RESORTS OR I PRESUME ANY OTHER PARK OWNER,TO CHARGE YOU FOR GAS USED,as there is NO proof as to the amount used to be able to charge you an accurate bill. If you have been charged for gas in this way,you are entitled to have the payments returned,so look at your gas box outside your caravan and see if it has a meter inside it,and if not,look out all your gas bills! &lt;br /&gt;" &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This sounds interesting a possible way to get money back from the predatory shark resorts. Water charges for caravan sites are based on RATEABLE VALUE BY THE LOCAL COUNCIL and if they do not have this notice which shows how much the RATEABLE VALUE FOR ALL THE CARAVANS ON THE WHOLE OF THE PARK IS AND DIVIDED BY THE NUMBER OF CARAVANS ON THE PARK SO THAT EACH INDIVIDUAL CARAVAN HAS A RATEABLE VALUE. THE WATER RATES FOR EACH VAN IS THEN CHARGED AT A PERCENTAGE OF THE RATEABLE VALUE. THIS REGULATION 4 NOTICE WILL SHOW WHAT THE RATEABLE VALUE IS AND YOU ARE QUITE ENTITLED TO ASK TO INSPECT IT TO SEE WHAT IT SAYS.IF THEY DO NOT HAVE THIS NOTICE THEY CANNOT LEGALLY CHARGE YOU FOR RATES OR WATER,SO QUESTION THIS ALSO WHEN PRESENTED WITH A BILL. "&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hey hey! could this be another way to get out of paying the water bill they send you, make sure you check this out for your self with your park. It seems to me that Park resorts only admitted liability as they saw no way out and to reduce there fine. In the complaints I have received and read around the internet I am confused as to what exactly the salesman mean by there "Income Promise scheme".  If any new readers have been told about this when initially purchasing the caravan, then please do let me know.  But what I do find ironical is that they use the word promise in anything they offer.  As from everything I have read or heard their promise's seem to mean very little.   Anyhow I intend to write to Park Resorts and find out exactly what the "Income Promise scheme" is, and if they actually even have one.  If I get anything I will let you all know exactly what it is.  Here's hoping!!  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For now I will leave you with another great story (or not so great) from another Park Resorts Customer. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Until next time campers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-------------------------------------------&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In October 2009 we looked into and subsequently purchased a caravan after &lt;br /&gt;what we now know to be a bunch of lies.   Initially we were told the caravan was £2,000 less than the price actually on the paperwork.  When we went to sign we questioned the price and was told that if we sign as a gesture of goodwill we could have a second hand veranda for the price of moving it at £750.00.   We were also promised and it was stated on the contract that we needed new carpet, a new door to be put on the bedroom door and other things.  &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Because of the discrepancy in the price we could not afford the &lt;br /&gt;caravan so were going to back out when the sales man told us to have the &lt;br /&gt;Income Promise Scheme as "you can buy it back at any time", so we signed up to this as we could pay back the money before the rental date as we never wanted to hire the caravan out and made this very clear.  The inventory  we pay for and they supply, we were told was all new, we were charged new prices.   Unfortunately we purchased the caravan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We have continually asked about the new carpet which has only just been &lt;br /&gt;fitted after being lied to several times.   The "new door" has only just &lt;br /&gt;been fitted and we were assured it was new to find it was second hand and &lt;br /&gt;when this was questioned we were then told it was temporary but the new door was in stock, we are still waiting for this.   Our caravan was placed on a pitch near to the club house and swimming pool, we were promised the veranda could go on the back of the caravan and face the green area as opposed to the road and basketball pitch, hey guess what, when we arrived at our caravan it had been put on the front of the caravan to face the road(despite it coming off of the back of a caravan).   This we were told was &lt;br /&gt;due to legislation, we were told before purchase that to put it on the front would be "no problem at all".  The veranda is now under a large tree and continually covered in bird mess facing the road!   The inventory items such as smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and fridge that we had paid for as new were all second hand so we had to complain on several occasion to get them changed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I recently telephoned to buy back my hire dates to find that you are only &lt;br /&gt;allowed to buy back 50% of date you MUST hire out for the other 50% so Park Resorts make their money.   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You must buy letting insurance, another extra that we were not told about.   They say "refer to your terms and conditions", however we were given a photo copy of the Income Promise paperwork and they conveniently forgot to give us the terms and conditions at the time and we are still not in receipt of any now.   We had a meeting with the General Manager a week and a half ago and put all this in writing giving him two weeks to respond he just laughed and told us that if we go through to head office it "just comes back to him to sort out".    Due to the time of our purchase we have not even used the caravan properly yet. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is causing us a great deal of stress and anxiety.   We have just received a bill for £15 for pat testing of appliances that we again knew nothing about.  We were not allowed to go to the owners welcome back party as it was "fully booked" however we have the paperwork for this that states nothing about limited numbers or first come first served.   We suspect that we are now being discriminated against due to our complaint.   A friend of ours also on this site has been waiting a year for her guttering to be done on her caravan.  Our other friends who bought a caravan at Coopers Beach in August have been waiting since August to have their boiler sorted that was promised to be done when they bought their caravan.  It is a total disgrace and once they have your money there is no owners charter or anything else. " &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now that in its self is not confusing, it's just another example of the way Park Resorts act unfairly and dictate to those they have a monopoly over. But a few days later I received an email from another owner, which really does contradict what the GM is stating at the Crimdon Dene site. The owner purchased a caravan back in October last year and at the time was told that they could purchase a Veranda to go with the Caravan ??? How can this be when other people have been told it is a health and safety issue?? However, as always I received the email not to tell me they had a lovely new veranda but, with problems they had encounted ( which I will go into in a later post). So I contacted Crimdon Dene and spoke to one of the sales Reps their I believe she goes by the name of Amy. I inquired about a caravan for sale and asked if I could add a veranda, as the sales staff always do they said, "of course we can once the caravan is on its pitch we get three independent companies to come and quote for the work???. Now I am really confused. I thought they had already told one of our readers to get rid or be thrown of site, and only a few weeks after renewing his contract. In 2009 it  was not working out for them as dad was not having enough work coming in and was  finding it hard to find the payments every month.He rang the carvan &lt;span style="color: #ff6600;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;park&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; and explained what was  happening and asked if they could buy the van back they were told they were not  able to do this.So he got on to the finance and explain to them they said they  would sell it for us Oh Yeah they did that alright the carvan &lt;span style="color: #ff6600;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;park&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; bideford bay bought it off them  for £14700 what i joke for a two year old van.So now mum and dad are left with a  bill of £35000 which has been passed on to dept collectors. &lt;br /&gt;They have  written to the head office loads of time and rang the &lt;span style="color: #ff6600;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;park&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; its self about the sublet fees  owed to them for the year it was booked out by bidford bay . There was £900.00  in our account from the 2008 sublet and what it had made in 2009 which was  £5000.They have been told by head office when ringing them that there was no  account for them and that they would look in to this SO WERE HAS THERE MONEY  GONE THATS WHAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO KNOW. (which we have had no replys or no  letters back and blow me no one in managerment to talk to) These people are so  nice when buying a carvan and promise you everthing(BUT ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR  MONEY) It is making my mum and dad ill over this. Farm this weekend after letting us in they through us out, after realising who we were.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A lady that was not brought up in the world of drugs and is disgusted at the thought of her 6 and 8 year old children being exposed to such in morale going ons.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A concerned mother who was worried about the going &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;on's&lt;/span&gt; at Valley Farm express's her thoughts and is ostracised for it.  A family resort? Give me a break more like an income stream for the crooked.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you want to earn a few bob and have no morals then Valley farm is the place for you to serve up drugs, give away free passe's (if you the head doorman) to young girls and earn a few bob.  Valley Farm a farm fall of low life employees (sorry to the few of your staff that are &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;ok&lt;/span&gt; e.g. the swimming pool staff.) Come on owners keep emailing me the more we have the more we can use to get rid of the corrupt, and help bring our holiday resort back to how it used to be.  A Great place to be and enjoy!!! How much further will this wet behind the ears manager let this go  until he realises that his current door staff are not what they seem. [ from 31st &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;march to 14th January each year] &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;I paid all fees for 2006-2007. [ cash ]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;I was led to believe by the salesman each visit that the van would only depreciate by £500p/y &amp;amp; park resorts would always buy it back.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;No it doesn’t depreciate by £500p/y &amp;amp; they wont buy it back for the price I signed my contract for.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;In October 2007 park resorts asked me for ground rent, I told them I have paid up until December 31st &amp;amp; showed them my receipt, they would not accept this &amp;amp; said I had to pay or I will be evicted.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;I started to pay monthly , this cost me £114.63 admin fee for an account I already had with them.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;I asked them to buy it back at that point they said [to my horror] they would only offer me £1,000 but were not buying back at the moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;I had other issues with them that they would not address like £131 they charged me for fixtures &amp;amp; fittings which were included in the purchase, electric which was not my bill, security system I asked them to cancel, fees for sighting my caravan, the insurance they made me take out.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;None of which were ever addressed.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;From October 07 I tried to see the general manager, I finally got an appointment on 6th march 08,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;she assured me she would get my van sold &amp;amp; set up an appointment with her sales manager the next day.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;I met him &amp;amp; another guy, they said they had a buyer who is coming down the next week, I signed a form to let them sell my van , one of them came back to my van &amp;amp; valued it , he said I would walk away with £13,000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;I was very happy with this offer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;nope, yet another manager &amp;amp; sales team left.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;So far I have written to head office [ no reply] written to their director general [no satisfaction] left messages for anyone in head office to call me back [no reply] been to the CAB who said I have a case &amp;amp; to get a solicitor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;got a solicitor [apparently got things wrong] went to my MP [ totally got things wrong &amp;amp; don’t want to help me any more? ]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;left a message for Mr Alan Castledine [ operations manager ] to call me back ,.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;no response.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;Another GM told me he would get his sales team to sell my van but on 15th 10th 09 at 5.45pm a salesman rang me &amp;amp; asked if I wanted to upgrade , I told him I thought you were selling my van he replied&amp;nbsp; he has not been told &amp;amp; they had quite a few sales in recent times .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;So my advice is DON’T BUY FROM PARK RESORTS&amp;nbsp; because what they tell you &amp;amp; what you think your getting&amp;nbsp; just don’t exist.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;The MP did get a reply from Mr castledine [ operations manager ] saying ,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;it is not in our&amp;nbsp; interest to mislead a person when purchasing a holiday home .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;Mr warner was made fully aware of all the charges.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;He claims , we are responding to the queries that have been raised . You have spoken with the owners elite team, you have then escalated it to the general manager, you get as much movement from the manager as a statue. Vaughan Chief Executive Directors, these are all listed at companies house and should not be confused with regional directors, which is purely a name given and not recognised by companies house.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Send complaints to them ONLY - nobody  else has a legal duty of care .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All letters must be traceable and therefore must be sent via a recorded service, like Royal mail recorded Delivery,  otherwise there is NO POINT to write  to any of the three directors, as you need to have proof that it was received at the companies address.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do not always expect a reply but in the  event of no reply this shows how bad the directors are and in the case of Robert  Sewell you can report him to the Institute Of Chartered Accountants and they  will take the matter forward. It is free to report a chartered account to the institute for not responding to a letter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is proven advice about  making a complaint - the site managers - the directors who are only employees  with the title of directors ( who leave with no responsibility ) is just a way to filter complaints and to push the work load else where, but to ensure a response s given within a reasonable amount of time (28 days) the above should be adhered to.  Be advised though this is not a guarantee that your complaint will be resolved as the normal protocol for Park resorts is for them to speak to there site manager, and will basically give the case it merits solely on what the manager states, rather than asking for any kind of response from the person complaining.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So to avoid the layers of people complain  direct to one of the directors. If they ignore any matters to do with stopping  the company receiving income/profit they are in breach of company law as it  means they are acting against the interest of the company.&lt;br again</title><content type='html'>&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;Hi everyone, &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I own a caravan at great Yarmouth, which was a lovely park&lt;br /&gt;until park resorts took over, we used to have garden competitions&lt;br /&gt;and their was only one sales person, and you had to join a  a waiting&lt;br /&gt;list if you wanted to buy a static, people used to regularly put notes on&lt;br /&gt;our van asking if we wanted too sell, and then ;;Shark resorts ( Park Resorts) took over&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The whole atmosphere changed, they  employed a manager,  who strutted&lt;br /&gt;around the park, his people skills put the gestapo to shame, &lt;br /&gt;we got a letter through the post saying we were in breach of our license &lt;br /&gt;because we had a garden,, hello;;;we had yearly garden competitions&lt;br /&gt;the bully boy antics continued ,simply because they wanted us owners off&lt;br /&gt;the site so that they could double the ground rent, they sold a caravan to&lt;br /&gt;an elderly couple on the next plot to me, on the promise they could rent it&lt;br /&gt;out and make loads of money, to cover ground rent etc, they struggled&lt;br /&gt;to cover cost,s in their first year sold it the next year and lost £16,000&lt;br /&gt;they now employ 6 sales people on the site , you are frightened to pop your&lt;br /&gt;head out in case you get pounced on to upgrade etc, the site has now got&lt;br /&gt;many ,empty pitches, some friends of us bought their van on a guaranteed&lt;br /&gt;rental scheme, within 3 months they had suffered so much damage, torn &lt;br /&gt;curtains, ripped upholstery , fag burns etc, they learned a lesson &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My advice to anyone is do not buy unless, you have read&lt;br /&gt;the terms and conditions inside out, take a walk around the park &lt;br /&gt;talk to a few owners first.&lt;br /&gt;beware of the salesman pitch, they are all on a small basic wage ,&lt;br /&gt;plus commission ,they are under pressure to sell or they are out of the door&lt;br /&gt;on our site we have had 9 new managers in the last 2 years that must tell&lt;br /&gt;you something.&lt;br /&gt;And remember once Carmarthen Bay, which apparently the GM is unable to deal with.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been an owner at PR since 2003, yeah we had our usual problems with regards Sheds, and Decking, but now all resolved.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My most recent problems started two years ago.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;During the start of season a family close to ours had their daughter beaten up by a Mother Daughter, Son, and daughters boyfriend, ... There was only two security on at the time, who were clearly unable to resolve the aftermath.. The incident was not even entered in to the security logs. Please take into consideration that this was owners start of season party with only two security staff on.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Three Weeks later the family involved provoked us, and security was unable to deal with what was going on.  It got to a point where I was telling security what to do.  Again unable to resolve the situation, by doing nothing the problem escalated in to a fight with my wife and others retaliating.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We left, and as far as we were concerned it was all over.   Within a few days we had a letter saying that my wife, our friends and one member of the other family were banned from the complex for the rest of the season.  I do not condone violence in any fashion, and so excepted the ban despite not being able to put our side forward.  PR excepted the word of the others and did not even ask us for our story of events which lead to the fight, which left us unable to defend ourself’s.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A year later, we were allowed back in to the complex.  We have used the club about 8 times with security watching us like a hawk, which is very intimidating, but we accept the fact.  My Wife decided one weekend to take two of our grandchildren to see the Sparky Show.  Upon trying to enter the club she was stopped by security and told that she could not enter and was told she and our friends need to see the GM.   My wife devastated by this took the grandchildren home, and had a quiet drink in the van pondering over why we had once again been banned from the club, and intended to see the GM the following morning.  Unfortunately my wife who is on medication had an allergic reaction to her new trial medication and the alcohol, and became very confused, which was brought on by the news of our ban.  As a result of the reaction I contacted 999 for an ambulance.   Because of my wife’s state of mind Police came with the paramedics as a precaution, as they were unable to determine what was going on.   When the ambulance crew and police arrived my wife managed to get out, and so a search of the camp was implemented, and security of the park helped.  We eventually found her and was told that it should calm down by itself and to keep an eye on her over night.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The following weekend now feeling better went over the office to see the GM with our friends.  Before my wife even stat down, the GM said ”What happened last weekend is not going to help your situation especially with police brought on site” to which our friends told her the story.  The GM did not even know what happened and that I had contacted the Ambulance Service, and that the Police came with them.  The GM was adding this to what ever problem she had with us without knowing the facts.  The GM told my wife that she would deal with this incident separately, which I cannot understand as this was a medical problem, so what is there to deal with.  The GM went on to the problem of our new ban.   Apparently we were banned from being loud and swearing, to which my wife and friend told her if that was the case, why did Security not approach us as, as I have mentioned were watching us like a hawk and always only a few feet away from us.  The GM even told us that she had had reports that we are having drinks elsewhere before coming into the club.  We informed her that we normally come over to watch the show at 10pm because the drinks in the club are two expensive.  I was not aware that we could only drink in the club, and not in your caravan.  Having heard this the GM told us that we were not to go into the club until she speaks to one of the directors, who was coming down this week, and to call over to see her next Saturday.  This is not the first time we have had complaints about us.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It appears that the GM is taking the note of hear say and conjecture and her willingness to take in to account the incident with the ambulance without first knowing the facts is in my opinion Victomisation.  We have been told that we are not allowed to see the statements by individuals, which are probably members of the family involved in the first incident, which again prevents us from giving some form of defence.  Someone is clearly out to get us, and appers to be working the GM’s Strings.
